This petition is filed to expedite the investigation and file final report in Crime No.223 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the suspected accused after the dismissal of the Anticipatory Bail is absconding and therefore, they are unable to proceed with the investigation and in any event, it will be completed and final report will be filed within a period of two months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months.
