ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate, for the respondent.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, has placed on record a communication received from the Tahsildar stating that the encroachment has been removed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the aforesaid submission.

4. In view of the above, the contempt is purged and the contempt petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order

as to costs.
