ORDER
This writ petition is filed to issue a joint patta for the land measuring totally 2860 sq.mt in Mafuskhanpetta Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District by considering the petitioner's application dated 28.09.2022.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the he and his sisters are the absolute owners of the land measuring 2860 sq.mt. situate in Mafuskhanpetta village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District. The Petitioner's sisters filed a suit in O.S.No.151 of 2020 before the Subordinate Judge, Ponnery for partition and pending suit, the mater was referred to Lok adalath and a compromise agreement was entered between the petitioner and his sisters. When the petitioner applied for joint patta to avail loan he made an application before 2/4
the respondent on 28.09.2022. But the Respondent has never considered either his application or his several personal requests till date. Hence, the petitioner filed this writ petition.
3. Mrs. Senthi Selvi, Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the Respondent and submitted that the respondent will consider the application of the first petitioner and pass Orders on merits within a period of two months.
4. In such view of the matter, the respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner dated 28.09.202216 and pass orders on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
