O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.04.2025 in W.P. No. 34451 of 2019 by the respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the writ appeal filed challenging the order passed in the writ petition has been partly allowed, holding that the petitioner is entitled to notional benefits for the period from 17.12.2012 to 24.02.2014 and he shall be entitled to seniority from 17.12.2012 and shall be placed above his juniors.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents further submitted that the order has been duly complied with and that the proceedings were issued on 06.01.2026, which is also placed on record.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's seniority has not been properly fixed, though the order has been substantially complied with.

5. In view of the order having been duly complied with, the personal appearance of the respondents has been dispensed with and further action has been dropped.
