AS.475/2017 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.K.S.

GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Respondents not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- In this petition, interim order of stay against passing of final decree alone was granted on 03.10.2017 and thereafter it was extended only till 23.10.2017 and thereafter the interim order was not extended and the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence this petition is closed.
