The writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the second respondent dated 18.08.2017 direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct a rally.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct a rally. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
