By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner claims that he was working as Panchayat Clerk in Erode District and was placed under suspension with effect from the year 2010. Thereafter he submitted so many representations, but till date they have not been considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

While being so, applications have been called for by direct recruitment for the post of Panchayat Clerk in Erode District. Aggrieved by the said action, the present petition has been filed.

3.The petitioner is claiming that he was appointed as Panchayat Clerk and thereafter he was placed under suspension. However, there is no records to show that he was appointed as Panchayat Clerk and thereafter placed under suspension. Therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
