This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 25.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19756 of 2023 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
