ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 12.02.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3619 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to submit a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, in Crl.M.P.No.3682 of 2023 vide order dated 22.09.2023, within a period of two weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent submitted a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, on 25.09.2025 vide Registration No.14 of 2025.
