Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to the Item No.9 in Perambalur Ward namely Sengunam Village, Survey No.52/0, Block No.3 measuring one Hectare alone in the impugned Tender Notification No.e.f.No.208/2014/Pu(Ma)Su dated 11.10.2019 and quash the same and further directing the 1st respondent to call for the re-tender for the above said place.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed challenging the Tender Notification dated 11.10.20198.

2. The learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that the Tender Notification lost its relevance on account of efflux of time. The period of tender also expired. That being so, no further adjudication is required.
