This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in Paragraph No.3 condition(i), imposed upon the petitioners by the Additional Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate, (For Exclusive Trial of Cases registered and investigated by the Central Crime Branch, Greater Chennai Police), Egmore, Chennai-08, in Crl.M.P.No.48054 of 2023 dated 27.10.2023.

2. The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 27.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.48054 of 2023 in CCB Crime No.199 of 2023 wherein the learned Metropolitan Magistrate had directed that the sureties should be the family members of the petitioners/accused. This is modified to the effect that one of the sureties should be family member of the petitioners/accused and the other surety should be a solvent surety to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-08.

3. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is modified.
