2. The impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.4/53994/2022 on 30.03.2023 is self explanatory. Therefore, petition filed seeking direction to issue No Objection Certificate to run the SPA deserved to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
