This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue Site Visit Certificate based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2025. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation to the respondents for issuance of Site Visit Certificate and the same was not considered. 3.At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the second respondent has issued Site Visit Certificate sought for by the petitioner on 30.08.2025 and also produced a copy of the same. Hence, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. 4.In view of the above, the writ petition becomes infructuous. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
