ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue patta to the petitioners property to the extent of 554 square meters situated in Survey No.743/9 Poraiyar Village, Tharangambadi Taluk, Mayiladuthurai in pursuance to the order passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings dated 27.10.2024 made in Ni mu-2691/ 2024/ Aa1 within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court
2. Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this 2/6
case, initially, the petitioner filed a writ petition in WP.No.10299 of 2024 against the order passed by the 3rd respondent. In the said writ petition, vide the order dated 17.04.2024, this Court directed the 3rd respondent to pass orders afresh. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner filed a representation dated 29.04.2024 before the 3rd respondent. Based on the said representation, vide order dated 22.10.2024, the 3rd respondent recommended to the 2nd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner as requested by him. Subsequently, vide order dated 27.10.2024, the 2nd respondent directed the authorities concerned to make necessary corrections in Village Accounts and Taluk Accounts. However, the 1st respondent did not pass any orders based on the request made by the petitioner. Hence, this petition.
5. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents request this Court to grant 4 weeks time to dispose of the petitioner's representation.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the 3/6
materials available on record.

In the case on hand, now, it was submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, the 3rd respondent recommended to the 2nd respondent, vide order dated 22.10.2024, to issue patta to the petitioner as requested by him. Subsequently, vide order dated 27.10.2024, the 2nd respondent directed the authorities concerned to make necessary corrections in Village Accounts and Taluk Accounts. However, the 1st respondent did not pass any orders based on the request made by the petitioner.
8. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2024 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
