ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondents to release the container lorry of the petitioner bearing registration number as RJ-10, GB-9355 stationed at the third respondent police station, considering petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2024 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.10.2024 and pass order to release the vehicle bearing registration number as RJ-10, GB-9355, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
