The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from digging bore well in the petitioner's patta land in Survey Nos.92/1B3, 93/2A2 and 93/2A4 measuring 0.48 Hectares situated at Radhapuram Village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent attempted to dig borewell in the petitioner's land. In this regard, the petitioner made representation to the respondents and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2017 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
