Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 16.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner challenging the order of punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of six months without cumulative effect vide Na.Ka.No.E53009/2023/A3 dated 24.06.2025 issued by the 4th Respondent within a stipulated time specified by this Court. ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 16.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner challenging the order of punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of six months 3/7

without cumulative effect vide Na.Ka.No.E53009/2023/A3 dated 24.06.2025 issued by the 4th Respondent within a stipulated time specified by this Court.

2. Though a larger prayer has been sought for, the learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission stating that a direction may be issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 16.07.2025, within a specified period.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed off. The 1st respondent is directed to dispose off the petitioner's appeal dated 16.07.2025, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim. No costs.
