C.M.P.Nos.25669, 25670 and 25673 of 2023 in S.A.Sr.No.159441 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J, These petitions have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 466 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent; to set aside the abatement against the deceased first respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of respondents 2 to 4. Learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4 would submit that he has no objection to these petitions being ordered.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered.
