PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2022 and appoint the petitioner.

ORDER

The petitioner's grievance is that she has not been appointed as a Noon Meal Organizer by the respondents, despite having attended three interviews.

2. The petitioner has given representations on 07.11.2022 for the aforementioned purpose. Till date, the representations have not been considered by the respondents.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2022, seeking for appointment as a Noon Meal Organizer, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforementioned directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
