Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in Letter No.EN1/47022/2000, dated 20.05.2004 and quash the same and consequently forbear the first respondent from interfering with the petitioner's constructions put up at Door Nos.168 to 176 M.T.H.Road, Villivakkam, Chennai-40, particularly by way of demolition.
