ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.7.2025 and to conduct an enquiry.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the petitioner made a representation dated 15.07.2025, before the respondents, requesting them to cancel the pattas issued in favour of the purchasers/Annadurai who obtained patta through forged documents and to restore the patta in the name of the true owner Mrs.Sarathadevi, who is the mother of the petitioner. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents so far. 5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
