The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 03.11.2016 in O.S.No.4956 of 2016 and also in I.A.No.12957 of 2016 passed by the XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous as it relates to the election of the year 2016 and he also made an endorsement to that effect. Page NO:2/4
