This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.07.2025 of the petitioner and to conduct an enquiry within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.
On perusal of the petitioner's representation, it is revealed that it was sent by registered post and there is no proof to show that it was received by the respondent. Moreever, the petitioner is seeking cancellation of subsequent transferees and to restore the patta in his name. For cancellation of any document, the first respondent has no power or authority. Therefore, the petitioner ought to have approached the civil court for appropriate relief challenging the documents, if there are, in favour of the third parties. As such, the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be considered.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
