This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9876 of in Crl.O.P.No.12032 of 2023 vide order dated 21.07.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30a.m., and to continue to two months once on any working day at 10.30a.m., and thereafter as and when required.
