This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2025 and to issue a separate sub division to the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.143/5A and 143/5B situated in Keelorathur Village, Mangaloor Panchayat, Veppur Taluk and Virudhachalam District within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's 2/4

representation dated 06.07.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
