PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petition filed under Sections 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, against the order dismissing the petition filed under 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Cr.M.P.No.193 of 2019 in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2019 in the Court of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri.

ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners against the order dismissing the petition filed under 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Crl.M.P.No.193 of 2019 in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2019 in the Court of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since the year of the offence is 2017 and also the offences are under POCSO Act, the learned Special Judge is directed to frame the charges within a week and proceed further and complete the trial within three months on day to day basis.

4. The petitioners and also all other accused are directed to co-operate for the early disposal of the trial, failing which, if the accused are in bail, the learned Special Judge is directed to cancel the bail and remand back them under prison and proceed further on day today basis and dispose of the matter within three months.
