ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.100 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur, thereby taken cognizance for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, as against this petitioner. 2.

When this Court was about to dismiss the quash petition, since no ground is made out to quash the entire proceeding, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the quash petition and also sought for dispense with for the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect. 3.

Considering the above submissions and endorsement, this Court is permitted the petitioner to withdraw this petition. Considering the facts and circumstances, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with and she shall be represented by a counsel after filing appropriate application. However, the petitioner shall be present before the Court at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., and at the time of passing judgment. The trial

Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 4.
