This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 5987 days in filling this petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent A.Subramani in the above S.A.No.1094 of 2007.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and perused the material available in the record.

On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either sides, in filling this petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent A.Subramani in the above S.A.No.1094 of 2007, is condoned.
