Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the orders in Pro.Na.Ka. No. 1678/A2/2017 dated 24.05.2017, issued by the Second Respondent quash the same and issue consequential directions to the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to serve in Municipal Primary School, Manakkadu, Salem Urban Block. For Petitioner :

Heard Mr. M.Ravi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. P.Rajarajeswari, Learned Government Advocate (Education) appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Petitioner in this Writ Petition seeks to be permitted by the Respondents to serve in Municipal Primary School, Manakkadu, Salem Block and pass appropriate orders to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transfer only teachers outside the Union without transferring her.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of the Order in Na. Ka. No. 8940/Ee2/2019 dated 30.08.2019 in which the Petitioner has been posted in a school within the same union and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also been furnished with a copy of the same. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition and if the Petitioner still has any grievance to the redressed in the matter, she is not precluded from working out her rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
