These Petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring the respondents 3 to 5 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent, A.Subramani and rank them as respondents 4 to 6 in the above Second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the second appeal.

5. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable by 22.01.2025 .

6. Post the case on 22.01.2025.
