This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2024 and to take appropriate action immediately to correct the date of birth of the petitioner in the 10th, 11th, 12th Mark Statements and Transfer Certificate.

2. Heard both sides. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. This Court, without going into the merits of the present petition, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2024 and shall take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
