Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent herein to consider Petitioner's application dated 11.07.2019 and direct the Taluk Surveyor to survey Petitioner's land and fix the boundary stone around Petitioner's land in Survey No. 295/2A to the extent of 0.07 cents and in Survey No. 295/2B3 to the extent of 0.07 cents total extent of 0.14 cents situated at Padavedu, A. K. Padavedu, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that survey of the property has been completed and has produced a copy of the proceedings No. Naka. G2-4206/2019 dated 14.12.2019 for the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
