C.M.P. No. 26607 of 2019 in C.M.A. SR. 124201 of 2019 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the above appeal.

2. M/s. Swathi, learned counsel representing M/s.A.N. Viswanatha Rao, learned counsel, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that the respondents 1 to 4 have no objection in ordering this petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 5th respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for the 5th respondent.

4. Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4, the delay of 16 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
