Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the orders in Pro.Na.Ka.1678/A2/2017 dated 24.05.2017, issued by the second Respondent quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondents to allow the Petitioner to serve in Municipal /Primary School, Sundaram Street, Salem Urban Block and pass appropriate orders to transfer only the surplus teachers outside the 1/4

union without transferring the petitioner who have not been rendered surplus.

ORDER

Along with the writ petitioner, other two aggrieved persons have also filed writ petitions, questioning the validity of deployment by treating the petitioner as surplus teachers.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the other two persons, who filed writ petitions along with the petitioner were re-deployed and their grievances are redressed. As far as the writ petitioner is concerned, the respondents are yet to consider the same.

3. In this regard, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the case of the writ petitioner will also be considered based on the availability of the vacancy or in the arising vacancy.

4. That being the submission made, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
