This case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.Vinoth Raj learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.T.Varadharajulu, learned counsel for the respondent are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter and filed a memorandum of settlement, which reads as follows: TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SETTLEMENT The writ petition has been filed by the Management. It is seen that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.2353 of 2024, which came to be settled before the Lok Adalat and the writ petition was disposed on 16.07.2025 recording the said settlement.

2.Similarly, the present writ petition also relates to the same dispute and is now reported to be settled and the Management has passed an order dated 10.09.2025 in terms of the earlier Lok Adalat Award. It has been confirmed.

3.In view of the fact that the Management has given effect to the Lok Adalat Award, the writ petition can be closed recording the above compliance.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed, if any.

This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement. The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
