This Court, while disposing of the present civil revision petition on 18.12.2023 directed the Sub Court, Ambattur to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.1155 of 2023, within a period of four months.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur through his letter dated 27.03.2024 in D.No.244 of 2024 has prayed for extension of two months time to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.1155 of 2023 pending on his file, since the order passed by this Court dated 18.12.2023 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further two months time to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.1155 of 2023 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ambattur.

4. Accordingly, further period of two months time is granted to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.1155 of 2023 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ambattur, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 18.12.2023.
