On being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the present Crl.M.P.No.17842 of 2019 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 16.08.2019, the petitioner is granted a further period of 3 months to return the Passport before the CCB, Team II, Vepery, Chennai in Crime No.90 of 2017 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
