O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.472 of 2024 pending on the file of the second respondent to any other competent agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that based on the complaint made by the defacto complainant who is the petitioner herein, an F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.472 of 2024 on 28.09.2024 only. The defacto complainant and four more witnesses were examined and statement under Section 161(3) Cr.P.C., were also recorded. The investigation process is going on.

4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner, at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
