Respondents in both Rev.Aplws COMMON PRAYER: Review Applications (Writ) are filed under Order 47 Rule 1 r/w Section 114 of C.P.C., to review the order made in W.P.Nos.6294 & 6278 of 2014, dated 08.09.2023 and allow the writ petition by allowing these Review Petitions.

Mr.S.Arumugam Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These Review Applications have been filed to review the order dated 08.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos. 6294 & 6278 of 2014. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the similarly placed persons approached this Court in W.P.Nos.37840 to 37847 of 2016 and this Court had taken a different stand. Therefore, the same order may be passed by reviewing the order passed by this Court. 3.
On a perusal of the order dated 08.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos. 6294 & 6278 of 2014 and subsequent order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.37840 to 37847 of 2016, it is revealed that the relief sought in those batches are not identical. Therefore, on the said ground, the order passed by this Court cannot be reviewed and apart from that, no grounds have been raised by the petitioners to review the order dated 08.09.2023 passed by this Court.

In view of the above, this Court rightly passed the order.
