Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2022 for the grant of parole to the father of the petitioner viz., Kolanjinathan (Convict No.22504), aged 50 years, Son of Karupayya Yadav, who is now under incarceration at Central Prison, Trichy, and grant a parole for a period of five days to conduct the petitioner's marriage, which is scheduled to be held on 14.12.2022. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J.,] When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition and also made an endorsement as under: "Subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the detenu was sanctioned 3 days leave to attend the marriage. Hence, this writ petition has become infructuous and he may be permitted to withdraw

the same."
