ORDER
1.This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 4ht Respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1700/ A5/ 2019 dated 30.08.2019 and to quash the same consequently direct the respondents to pass orders for transfer the petitioner back to the parent unit viz. Erode Corporation Unit School to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in Corporation Primary School Valayakara Street , Erode.
2.When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo on behalf of petitioner and submitted that the petitioner was permitted to participate in the Transfer Counseling, which was conducted on 20.11.2019, wherein the petitioner also exercised her objection and the petitioner has also been given placement in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in Corporation Primary School, Periyamariamman Kovil Street, Erode, which remains to be her parent union and accordingly, the petitioner sought to be accommodated in the said union. However, the learned counsel submitted that the posting order is yet to be issued and only after disposal of the present writ petition, the respondents may issue the posting orders. Therefore, the learned counsel would submit that this Court may be closed the present Writ Petition.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. This Court hopes that the petitioner would be accommodate in the place where she exercised her objection during Teacher Counseling.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
