O.A.Nos.831 to 833 of 2024 in C.S. (Comm. Div.) No.216 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., An affidavit of service has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff. As seen from the same, the respondent / defendant has been served with a notice in these applications. The delivery report for having received the notice by the respondent / defendant is also attached to the affidavit of service. Since the respondent has been served and till date no one has entered appearance, the respondent / defendant is set ex-parte by this Court.

2. Accordingly, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 29.10.2024 in O.A.Nos.831 to 833 of 2024 is made absolute and O.A.Nos.831 to 833 of 2024 are allowed as prayed for.
