(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 29.11.2023. When the matter was listed on 29.11.2023, the petitioner sought for an adjournment and the matter was directed to be listed on 01.12.2023. 2/4

2. Even today i.e. on 01.12.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is apparent that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Consequently, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There will be no order as to costs. WMP No.33334 of 2019 is closed.
