2. Even today i.e. on 01.12.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is apparent that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Consequently, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There will be no order as to costs.
