ORDER

The writ petition is filed challenging the impugned notices of demand dated 08.08.2024 on the premise that the property tax has been enhanced without the petitioner having been put on notice.

At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that they would reinspect the property and re-fix / re-assess the property tax due, after putting the petitioner on notice and affording the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of hearing, agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

respondents, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
