Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Impugned Order dated 07.11.2022 made in Na.Ka.No.4455/A2/2021 passed by the second respondent, quash the same by confirming the earlier Order dated 07.10.2022 made in Na.Ka.No.4455/A2/2021 passed by the second respondent and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to fix the petitioner's salary to the B.T.Assistant Scale [Level 16] with all attendant benefits from 06.06.2016 for the post of Middle School Head Master.
