ORDER

(Order of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to enrol the petitioner as an Advocate, within a time frame to be stipulated by this court.

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for consideration, Mr.C.V.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2019 was considered by the respondent authorities and he was enrolled as an Advocate vide Enrollment No.838 of 2020. Thus, according to the learned counsel, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
