Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation / complaint dated 12.09.2017 sent by the petitioner and take necessary action against the officials mentioned in the petitioner's representation, who were involved in illegal activities and negligence to discharge their duty, and helped the un authorised banner erectors to escape from the punishment from the offence committed by them.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation / complaint dated 12.09.2017 sent by the petitioner and take necessary action against the officials mentioned in the petitioner's representation. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner submitted his representation on 12.09.2017 for taking necessary action as against the officials who involved in illegal activities and negligence to discharge their duty, and helped the unauthorised banner erectors to escape from the punishment for the offence committed by them. The said representation cannot be considered now due to lapse of period. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
