This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 361 days in representing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.None represents the respondents no.1 to 3.

4.The petitioner would aver that as the officer who was dealing with the matter went on resignation and there was a delay by his successor in preparing the appeal and thereby, 361 days delay occurred in preparing the CMA.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 361 days is hereby condoned.
