and S.Sounthar,J This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue, Girija, aged about 18 years, seeking for a direction to the respondents to secure his daughter and to produce before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The detenue, Girija, aged 18 years, is present before this Court. When enquired, she states that she is married to one Puppy and living with him and there is no illegal detention.
