Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent made in 07/6746/2000 dated 24.03.2002 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondent to pay the difference in pension arrears as calculated by late U.Palani to refund the amount deducted for Income Tax and to pay the interest at 18% for belated payment of pension arrears and 12% interest for belated payment of gratuity and other amounts.
